ꕤ Note: These terms apply to all custom projects and may change over the course of our business. By commissioning from us you've agreed to all these terms. We reserve the right to decline certain commissions. Any written agreements, including emails and messages, are binding contracts.
ꕤ Payment
❀ - To secure a slot, we require a 30% deposit. This is NON-refundable under ANY circumstance.
✿ - Payments will be done through bank transfer or payment request in EURO currency. International orders may be done through PayPal.
❀ - The remaining 70% can be made through partial payments, this allowing you to set up your own payment plan. It's up to you to stick to it. We are flexible with payments as long as its fully paid within 6 months. Please note, no work will begin until payment is made in full.
✿ - Small parts (tails, paws, arms, etc.) must be paid in full payment up front.
ꕤ Duct-tape dummy Requirement
❀ - For all full body commissions, a strong duct tape dummy (DTD) is mandatory. This must be provided before we begin crafting your suit. Upon commissioning you will be provided with a guide on how and when to create one.
ꕤ Cancellation and refunds
✿ - As mentioned in Payment, the deposit is nonrefundable. Should you wish to cancel their commission before any work has started, the excess payment after deposit can be refunded at the maker's pace.
❀ - Buyer understands that Mini's Pawsome Creations is a small sole trader business, thus refunds may take time. Refunds will be based on work completed and labor (non-material) costs.
✿ - Should you cancel commission after work has finished, the work be altered and resold as a premade.
❀ - We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time due to reasons like harassment, abusive language, or unreasonable demands after receiving your deposit.
ꕤ Shipping
✿ -Shipping costs are not included and may vary. We will invoice shipping after calculating it, including an additional fee for insurance. Your fursuit will be shipped only after full payment and shipping cost are covered.
❀ - We are not liable for shipping-related damages, lost packages, or missed deadlines. Address accuracy is crucial. For international customers, be prepared for potential customs fees and taxes.
ꕤ Warranty and repairs
✿ -All commissions have a 60-day warranty from the day it's sent out. This covers only our mistakes, like popped seams or missing features. Repairs under warranty are free; you'll ship it to us and we'll cover return shipping.
❀ - We aren't responsible for damages due to shipping, misuse, wear, tear, or incorrect sizing. As we do not take responsibility to faulty measurements. Try to get most accurate measurements for your commission.
✿ -We will not repair suits that is badly cared for, smelly or dirty. Please wash before sending! Shipping of a dirty suit will be hold until you pay to have it returned. Any modifications not done (or approved) by us we reserve the right to ship it back to the customer at the customer's expense.
❀ - Should you ever have an issue with your fursuit, feel free to send us an email or message to discuss your repair. Any repairs after warranty require a small cost based on what work is needed. We are always happy to help and resolve any issue you may have.
ꕤ Working with minors (Under 18s)
✿ -We will NOT work with minors, a parent/legal guardian may commission a fursuit on behalf of their child. The client status will shift away from the minor with full responsibility and control given to the parent/legal guardian.
❀ -Bodysuit commissions are unavailable for clients under 18, regardless of parental or guardian approval.
✿ We'll ask a copy of your ID before accepting any commissions.
ꕤ Copyrighted characters
❀ -Mini's Pawsome Creations does not create copyrighted characters due to legal restrictions.
ꕤ Style and artistic liberties
✿ - Commissioning us means you understand and accept our unique style.
❀ - Mini's Pawsome Creations reserves the right to take small artistic liberties to maintain style.
ꕤ Character changes
✿ - Should you wish to make any alterations to your design or other significant changes not listed on the reference sheet, an extra charge of 15% + material cost will apply.
❀ - Minor changes that are requested at time of work-in-progress will not incur any additional charges and are considered as part of the making process.
ꕤ Reference images
✿ - To commission we require a DETAILED , UNSHADED showing both front and back views. Characters with complex markings on the side will need to include a side profile as well. For highly detailed designs, we may request additional views as necessary. Please ensure the reference sheet is clear and up to date, as we cannot be responsible for design inaccuracies due to outdated or unclear references.
ꕤ Media usage
❀ - While character rights remain with you, Mini's Pawsome Creations reserves the right to use images of their creations for promotional purposes. If the commission is a gift, we can hold off with posting anything until the product is received. Do mention this before commissioning, as we may post work-in-progress pictures on our social media accounts.
ꕤ Experimental features/suits
✿ - If you request an experimental feature, you agree to waive warranty coverage on those specific features, as we cannot guarantee the quality of these products. This includes things like LED's or a style of suit that deviates from our usual style.
ꕤ Ghosting/no contact
❀ -If we don’t receive a response from you within 30 days, a warning will be issued. Failure to respond within the next 30 days may result in commission cancellation with no refund.
